8:00 AM: 50 min. Spin with Stretch
WEDNESDAY
8:00 AM: Total Body Toning
5:30 PM Spin and Tone
THURSDAY
8:00 AM: 50-minute Calorie killer spin with Stretch
FRIDAY
8:00 AM: Mat Pilates
SATURDAY
9:00 AM: Spin/Core/arms
SUNDAY
9:00 AM: 50 Minute Spin & Stretch (Check Schedule to make sure there is class)
Please sign up for a class in advance via the button below in order to ensure your seat. If classes are full, you will be added to the waitlist and be automatically placed if there is a cancellation.
*Please Note Participants have a 6 Hour window to opt out of a class with no charge. After this all Participants will be charged full price for classes missed.
