MONDAY
8:00 AM: Full Body strength training and balance
TUESDAY
8:00 AM: Spin with Weights and abs to follow
WEDNESDAY
8:00 AM: Pilates
THURSDAY
8:00 AM: Tabata Training Drills on the Bike followed by Abs
FRIDAY
8:00 AM: Full Body strength training and balance
SATURDAY
8:30 AM: Spin/Core/arms
Please sign up for a class in advance via the button below in order to ensure your seat. If classes are full, you will be added to the waitlist and be automatically placed if there is a cancellation.
*Please Note Participants have a 6 Hour window to opt out of a class with no charge. After this all Participants will be charged full price for classes missed.
